NDT Inspection Solutions is An Independent Inspection Authority in the provision of Statutory Inspection Services of Boilers, Vessels, Non-Destructive Tests (PT, MPI, UT, X-Ray Interpretation), Lifting Gear, Load Tests, Volumetric Calibrations of Bulk Meters, Commercial Dispensing Pumps, Road Tankers, Storage Tanks and Skid Tanks. NDT Inspection Solutions was the first Company in Zimbabwe to be Accredited to the International Standard ISO 17020 Standard in In-Service and During Manufacture Inspection of Pressure Vessels and Boilers.

PRE-QUALIFICATION OF SUPPLIERS FOR 2023-2025

The pre-qualification and registration process is intended to register contractors or suppliers who can provide goods and services in categories specified below according to NDT Inspection Solution’s Quality Management System requirements and guidelines.

CATEGORY D – MOTOR VEHICLE REPAIR, FABRICATION, PARTS AND SPARES
31 Provision and Maintenance/Servicing of Motor Vehicles

  1. Certificate of Incorporation (Certified Copy)
  2. CR2, CR6 and CR11 (Certified Copies)
  3. VAT Registration Certificate
  4. Valid ITF263
  5. Company Profile
  6. Trade Licence/Dealership/Professional Qualification/Registration with a Recognised Body
  7. Reference letters from at least 3 reputable and verifiable companies.
  8. Must have been in operation for at least 3 years
  9. Accreditation to ISO Standards/ Certification

SAFETY, HEALTH, ENVIRONMENT, RISK AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

Please provide details of any Quality Assurance Certification/Accreditation that your organisation holds e.g. ISO9000/14000/45001/17020/17025 etc. or equivalent standard for the areas of work relevant to your organisation. Please attach a copy of your quality assurance certificate if you have one. If no accreditation is held, please attach a copy of your Safety, Health, Risk and Quality Policy.
